Why We Do What We Do
As a dietitian and a dad, I understand that the transition into parenthood is one of life’s most significant—and often most demanding—seasons. My mission is to bridge the gap between complex clinical nutrition and the practical reality of daily life at home. I believe that expert guidance shouldn't feel like a rigid set of rules; instead, it should be an empowering tool that gives you the confidence to nourish your body and your child’s growth.
Mums, dads, partners, and babies are warmly welcomed to all sessions. As a registered dietitian and father, I understand that feeding and family wellbeing are a shared journey, and we encourage both parents to take part wherever possible.
